properties. We obtain proposals, bids or contracts for
repairs, maintenance and improvements; maintain
Administrative Files and Records in accordance with
Florida Statutes and the Florida Administrative Codes.
Prepare monthly financial statements. Inspect the
common elements on a regular basis. We would be
happy to prepare a detailed proposal regarding the
services we can provide your association.
