Seasonal & Annual Rentals

We specialize in the seasonal and annual rental of condominiums and
properties in the South Fort Myers area. Our properties are located close to
golfing, fine dining, shopping, and within a few miles of the beautiful beaches
of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island.

All of our seasonal rentals are individually owned. They come completely
furnished and decorated according to the owner’s taste. Our accommodations
have fully equipped kitchens, linens, and private laundry facilities. Sorry, no
pets are permitted in seasonal rentals.

Our basic rental policy for seasonal rentals is as follows:

Agency Disclosure
Mangement company acts as agent and is paid a fee by the owner of the
property.

Cancellation Policy
Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be
retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received
at least 30 days prior to arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented
at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are
subject to an administrative fee. ($25.00)

Check–In Time
Check-In Time is after 2 P.M. Earlier arrivals may be requested and if possible
will be granted. If you are arriving after office hours, please notify the office
for late arrival procedures.

Check-Out Time
Check-Out Time is 10 A.M. We urge all guests to depart on time in order for us
to properly clean the unit for the next arriving guest.
Reservations begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the
month.
